Consistency is just flat out hard—even the simple things. I have had the goal to read something that would build me up each day for the last ten years or so. It always funny to me how hard it is to make that happen. Think about it. My goal is to sit down for 10 minutes and read a few pages. Our expectation for perfection in ourselves on a daily basis is killing us. We can like others for who they are when we don’t expect them to be perfect. The same is true with ourselves.
